What's Your Cancellation Policy?
For Private Transportation:
Full refund if canceled at least 2 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
Any requests for service date or time changes will be subject to approval and based on our availability.
